Good evening friends! All is still going well today. We had a partially collapsed lung last night but it was fixed with the turn of a switch. I told them to tell us how easy the fix is before they say anything like that again. She is doing so well they are letting her body dictate the new course. She will stay on the transplant list but they started weaning her from ECMO today and will go down every 24 hours until her heart is doing all the work. The more her heart is doing the less risk we have for a catastrophic failure. (Aneurism, stroke). They do not think her heart will handle 100% but she has proved to be full of surprises so far. I have not posted anymore pictures because they are keeping this little wiggle worm asleep so she does not kink her lines again! Thank you for the continued prayers and please keep them coming. I do not think God is even close to being finished with Sweet little Darby Kate.
